Goshen PD ask the public's help in identifying alleged Walmart thief

GOSHEN, Ind.—Goshen Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman allegedly connected to a theft in December of 2018.
The theft took place at the Walmart on Lincolnway East, December 31st.
