Part of downtown South Bend closed off; Debris falling from building

Part of South Bend was closed off Saturday because of debris that was falling from the Chase Tower.
Police closed off part of Washington Street and Main Street earlier Saturday and say it was due to debris falling off the top of the building.
This prompted the streets to be shut down for pedestrian safety.
Police say on one was injured.
