Sports anchor shooting suspect pleads not guilty

The man accused of shooting a San Diego sports anchor has pleaded not guilty.

Police say Mike Montana tried to murder Kyle Kraska last week. And investigators say evidence proves this was a planned attack. Kraska was shot six times.

Officials say Kraska had hired Montana to do painting work at his home. But when he wasn't satisfied, he let Montana go and paid for the work he'd done. Month's later, Montana started threatening Kraska.

That's when police say Montana went to Kraska's home and shot him.
