SOUTH BEND, Ind. – South Bend announced the venue for next year’s Paddy Party on Thursday.
The annual Saint Patrick’s Day celebration, Paddy Party, will be held at Four Winds Field in March 2019.
The event has outgrown its previous tent party location and needed a new venue to accommodate more guests.
The Four Winds Field setting will be able to hold four bands instead of three.
“When our organization came in, it's hard to believe it's been seven year's now, we had said that we wanted to be good community partners. Our goal was to help benefit downtown and to be able with such good folks at DTSB and the city in general. We're very proud to be a part of this organizational event,” said Joe Heart, South Bend Cubs President.
Paddy Party is the largest Saint Patrick’s Day event in the region and around 4,000 people attend every year.
