Benefit for Goshen Public Library June 16

GOSHEN, Ind. – Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn Company will host a benefit for Goshen Public Library at Shirley’s Birthday Celebration June 16.

The annual celebration will be held on Saturday June 16 at Shirley’s in downtown Goshen at 106 N Main Street.

Store owner Kate Leaman said, “As a brand, Shirley’s is committed to reading and literacy. We are proud to support our local public library with the day’s full schedule of offers and events.”

Saturdays events include:

  • New and gently used book drive benefitting the Boys and Girls Club of Goshen.
  • Children’s story time reading of “Timothy Troyer Tries Toast” from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Free popcorn for customers who dress as their favorite book character with a chance to win a gift card.
  • Free coloring contest with a chance at a random prize drawing.
  • All proceeds donated to the Goshen Public Library.
