SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- 23-year-old Raffaella Maria Stroik is a South Bend native, last seen on Monday at a Whole Food in St. Louis, Missouri.
A state park ranger found her vehicle unattended at the Mark Twain Lake State Park Highway boat ramp parking lot, two hours from that Whole Food.
A state trooper returned to the site Tuesday morning to find the vehicle in the same spot, and again, unattended.
Police contacted her family and filed a missing person report.
Police say her wallet and phone were found in the vehicle.
Her keys were found placed on the vehicle.
The search began Tuesday but the official effort started Wednesday morning at nine.
She was last seen wearing her hair in a ponytail.
She was wearing an olive-green jacket, long pink scarf, navy colored pants white zippers on the sides, and white tennis shoes.
Raffaella is a dancer for the Saint Louis Ballet.
Anyone with information on her location is asked to call 911.
Her family in South Bend is asking for prayers.
