Police investigating armed robbery, shooting at Howard Street Food Mart

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police are investigating a shooting that happened at the Howard Street Food Mart around 2 p.m.
Witnesses told police a black male wearing black clothing entered the store with a gun in an attempted robbery.
During the incident, a woman was shot in the buttocks, according to police.
She was transported to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury.
The suspect has not been located.
