Mishawaka police investigating after a car was found in St. Joe River

MISHAWAKA, Ind. --- Police are investigating after a car was found in the St. Joseph River in Mishawaka near North State Street Saturday.
A fisherman alerted police to the vehicle after noticing it around 4:30 p.m. Mishawaka Police, Mishawaka Fire, and a water rescue team responded to the call.
Officials say no one was inside the vehicle but it was found with the trunk open and the windows down.
