Police have identified the man killed in an overnight shooting in South Bend just after midnight Tuesday morning.
21-year-old Darnell Warfield was shot and killed in the 5000 block of Windfall Court which is just 4 blocks north of Washington High School.
Police received the call around 12:05 a.m.
Investigators have not released any details about the shooting nor any suspect names at this time.
Warfield's friends say he was relaxed and a musical talent.
