Police: Arrests bring closure to multiple fraud and theft cases

GOSHEN, Ind. -- Two people arrested on July 27 are suspects in multiple theft and fraud cases reported this summer, according to Goshen Police.

The suspects, 24-year-old Kayla Hirsch and 27-year-old Caleb Wilson, were arrested after they were discovered to be in possession of stolen property, police said.

Police say evidence recovered during the arrest included items reported stolen from multiple vehicles.

The cases are being reviewed so police can return the property to their rightful owners. Officers will be contacting the victims affected.

Hirsch is facing preliminary charges of forgery, theft (felony) and theft (misdemeanor).

Wilson is facing preliminary charges of forgery, theft (felony) and theft (misdemeanor).
