Summer Concert Series brings tunes to Potawatomi Park
The Shamrock Series continues next season with Notre Dame taking on Syracuse at Yankee Stadium.
The game is scheduled for November 17, 2018.
It will be the second time the Irish have played a Shamrock Series game at Yankee Stadium. However, it will be the 27th time the program has visited the venue for a game in its history overall.
There will be presentations by faculty and researchers, Mass, a service project, 5K walk/run and a few other events before the game.
Tickets will be offered for sale to season ticket holders and contributing alumni during a lottery in the spring. Remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public in July.
This is the ninth game in the Shamrock Series, where a home game is played at a neutral site. With this change in schedule, the Irish will now have only six true home games, with four of the final five weeks spent away from Notre Dame Stadium.
Notre Dame is a perfect 8-0 all-time in Shamrock Series games.
