Ninety-degree highs for the Fourth of July
A winter weather advisory remains in effect for LaPorte, St. Joseph, Berrien and Cass counties until 9PM tonight, as system snow moves out of Michiana, and lake effect snow develops. Lake effect snow will push eastward throughout the evening, ending late overnight. Monday morning will be dry and mostly sunny, but frigid cold. Another system will move in Monday night, by around 7 PM, and end by early Tuesday morning. This will bring another 2-4” of snow to Michiana. 3-4” west of US 31, including Cass county. 2-3” east of US 31.
Tonight: L.E. snow showers ending, becoming partly cloudy late. Bitter cold low of 6.
Monday: Mostly sunny with increasing clouds during the afternoon. Snow showers moving in from the west by around 7PM . Highs in the upper teens/ low 20s.
Tuesday: Snow ending before the morning commute, then partly to mostly cloudy. Highs in the mid 20s.
Wednesday: Snow showers in the morning/midday, with lake effect snow at night. Highs in the mid 20s.
