GOSHEN, Ind - Hundreds gathered to pay their respects to Chief Wade Branson of the Goshen Police Department.
Chief Branson died after a battle with Cancer and the community paid their respects.
After Branson’s funeral at Grace Community Church crowns lined the funeral procession to the Goshen Police department.
Outside the Goshen Police department mourners laid flowers, cards and other mementos.
“He was such a community guy, he would always come out to the coffee shop and just sit down with the community and share stories with them and allow them to share their concerns, tell a few jokes, and he was just a big part of the community” Stephanie McKalips of Goshen whose brother is also a Police Officer with the Goshen Police Department.
Branson’s family and friends proceeded to the West Goshen Cemetery where Chief Wade Branson was laid to rest.
