Buchanan's summer food truck "Munchie Mondays" back this summer

BUCHANAN, Mich. -- Munchie Mondays will be back this summer in Buchanan. 

Every Monday, from June to August, a wide variety of food trucks will gather on Buchanan's Days Avenue to celebrate food, community, and summer.

The event is organized by LiveBuchanan with support from the City of Buchanan and has become a staple summer event, thanks to community support.

Organizers say the number of attendees consistently reaches around 1,000 each week.

"Munchie Mondays wouldn't be possible without the support of our residents, local businesses, and volunteers," said LiveBuchanan Director Ashely Regal. "It's a true testament to the spirit of Buchanan."

Food vendors interested in participating in this year's Munchie Mondays are invited to apply now.

"To ensure a diverse and enticing menu, there will be a selection process for vendors," Regal said. "Join us in Buchanan this summer as we gather once again for Munchie Mondays, a celebration of food, community, and summertime bliss. Mark your calendars and come hungry!"
