As many people are getting back to work or school today following MLK Day, you'll need to bundle up as frigid cold temperatures stay in the forecast. We start in the single digits but will drop down into the negatives, reaching our lowest temperature around 9 or 10AM. The rest of today brings temperatures in the low to mid single digits and wind chills as low as -25. Skies stay mainly clear heading into tonight, allowing lows to drop near 0 one last time before we warm up Wednesday. Although we'll still have top deal with bitter cold waking up tomorrow, the afternoon will bring highs in the upper teens. It looks like we could see a few snow showers Thursday morning and again Thursday night, leading us into the end of the week. We're tracking the chance for more significant lake effect snow Friday, stay tuned for details.
