Berrien County officials looking for ideas to improve pedestrian safety at Silver Beach

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – If you have an idea that might improve pedestrian traffic at Silver Beach, the Berrien County Parks Commission wants to hear from you.

The commission is asking the public to write down their ideas so they can be shared at the Berrien County Parks Commission meeting on August 16th.

Any ideas must be given to the commission by August 7th.

The county says the beach has become a focal point for residents and non-residents, increasing the number of vehicles and people in the area.

They want to enhance the park and keep the public’s safety a top priority.

You can send your ideas to [email protected].
