Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
SYRACUSE, Ind. -- Firefighters responded to a barn fire on County Road 131 just south of Us 6 near Syracuse along the Elkhart/Kosciusko County line.
The call came in around 9 p.m. and crews responded quickly. By 11 p.m., the fire was nearly out and the scene cleared shortly after.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
New Paris firefighters say there were no injuries and no animals were in the barn at the time of the fire.
