FORT WORTH, Texas – A 9-month-old baby was found dead in a car seat, inside of his baby-sitter’s closet
Police say the baby-sitter put the baby in the walk-in closet, Monday, to let him sleep
When the babysitter went to check on him, he was dead.
His mother, Megan Norris, said in a news conference, “He just started crawling on Sunday, and he was nine-months-old yesterday. I couldn’t have been more blessed with another child. He changed my life. He really did,”
Norris says there were no red flags with the babysitter before her son’s death.
Authorities are now investigating the babysitter.
Police say the sitter ran an unlicensed daycare in her home.
Child Protective Services ordered the babysitter to stop watching other children during the investigation.
