New rule in Elkhart to make disposal of big items easier
Winds will stay breezy through the first half of Tuesday as clouds move in during the morning hours ahead of a cold front. That front will bring a very slight chance of a light shower or flurry Tuesday afternoon. It will also drop temps from the middle 40s to the middle 30s by the evening. Colder, but quiet weather on tap for Wednesday and Thanksgiving before we warm up again Friday.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy and breezy, slight chance of a shower, high 47.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy, highs in the middle 30s.
