South Bend Police Department holds annual memorial for fallen...
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- An arrest has been made in the murder of 58-year-old James Miller and the attempted murder of his wife, Linda, in October 2011.
The arrest was announced at a press conference Tuesday afternoon by Elkhart County Prosecutor Vicki Elaine Becker.
Miller was a professor at Goshen College when he was murdered during a home invasion. His wife was badly injured in the attack.
The suspect, Winston Corbett, 23, has been booked on murder and attempted murder charges.
Corbett was 16 at the time of the murder, Becker said.
