Woman sentenced to 10 years for possession of methamphetamine

LA GRANGE COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman was sentenced to ten years in prison on two counts of possession of methamphetamine, according to court records.

Lillian M. Schaefer was sentenced during a hearing on Monday.

The judge entered a judgment of conviction for one count of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony, and sentenced her to 5 years in prison.

A judgement of conviction was entered for another level 3 felony count of possession of methamphetamine. For this count she was sentenced to 5 years in prison and three years of probation.

The two sentences will be served consecutively.
