We did see a round of showers overnight, but as most of us wake up this Sunday morning, the rest of the day should stay dry. Be aware there might be some puddles outdoors today. If you’re going to a pumpkin patch or corn maze, the fields might be a little muddy so wear boots.
Enjoy summerlike weather once again today. We’ll warm into the mid 80s – this will come close to setting a record high temperature for the day. It will be a little breezy.
Tonight is quiet with temperatures falling into the upper 60s. Monday starts quiet, but a round of storms and rain is on the way by the late afternoon/early evening. A few of these storms could be strong or severe. Impacts are: gusty winds, hail, possibly an isolated tornado.
Showers continue into early Tuesday morning with noticeably cooler temperatures in the low 70s.
Another round of rain starts up Wednesday night and will lead into rainy days Thursday and Friday. True fall like temperatures arrive by next weekend.
