U.S. 20 lane closures in Michigan City scheduled for June 22

LAPORTE COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced lane closures on US 20 beginning Monday, June 22nd. The closures will be a half-mile west of US 421.
The westbound lanes will be closed with the eastbound lanes converted to two-way traffic.
Crews will be rebuilding the culvert in that area and are expected to finish work by the middle of July.
INDOT encourages drivers to plan for extra drive time if traveling through the work zone.
