Two St. Joseph schools dismissing early due to power outages

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. - Two schools in St. Joseph Public Schools will be dismissed early on Wednesday because of power outages.
Students at E.P. Clarke Elementary School will be dismissed at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Students at Upton Middle School will be dismissed at noon Wednesday.
Officials don't yet know when power will be restored to the schools.
All other students in the corporation will have classes as normal.
