Train rides that include Easter egg hunting

NORTH JUDSON, Ind. -- The Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum will be hosting their annual Easter Train rides that include an Easter egg hunt on April 16.

Families will have an opportunity to enjoy a 10-mile train ride from North Judson to the English Lake/Kankakee River. Kids will get to enjoy an Easter egg hunt and will get to meet the Easter Bunny as well.

Kids, ages 2 to 12, should bring a basket to collect candy-filled Easter eggs.

Tickets for this event start at $14 and reservations must be made on the Hoosier Valley website.

Admission to the Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum is free for all visitors.

Available train ride times for this event on April 16 are 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. These times are listed for a central time zone and riders are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to their registered departure.
