Power restored to customers in Elkhart

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind.—Power was restored for customers in Elkhart on Wednesday morning following an outage, according to Indiana Michigan Power's outage map.
The map showed that power had been restored around 7:15 a.m.
Officials recommend avoiding the intersection of C.R. 17 and Middlebury Street due to the traffic light being out and traffic is moving slowly.
The traffic lights are out due to a blown transformer, officials said.
