Syracuse Police need help identifying theft suspect

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. – The Syracuse Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of theft from a Family Dollar and Neighborhood Fresh on August 29, the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office reported.
