Starke County issues emergency declaration

STARKE COUNTY, Ind. -- Commissioners in Starke County signed a declaration of local emergency Friday evening.

According to Starke County’s Emergency Management, residents who have experienced damage due to the flooding are asked to fill out a damage assessment.
