St Joseph Regional Medical Center expands health insurance service

Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center has opened a health insurance service office in South Bend. The new office is located at 234 Chapin Street.

The new service will provide help to individuals and families who need to enroll in a health insurance plan.

The Health Insurance Service center will provide free enrollment guidance for the following plans:

• Commercial Insurance and Medicare
• Health Insurance Marketplace
• Hoosier Healthwise/Medicaid
• Healthy Indiana Plan

The office will also provide insurance education, seminars and qualification assistance at no charge.

The new South Bend office is now the third medical insurance assistance office in Michiana owned by the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. The other two offices are located in Mishawaka and Plymouth.
