SR 23 exit, eastbound lanes have reopened on US 20 bypass

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The exit for SR-23 and the eastbound lanes of the US-20 bypass have reopened following a crash on Wednesday morning.
The exit was closed around 5:30 a.m. while crews worked to remove a car that went off of the road.
