SOUTH BEND, Ind. - After four straight losses in the Holy War rivalry, the seniors from Saint Joe High School finally captured that elusive win over the Marian Knights.
After these teams were locked in a scoreless tie at halftime, both would score a single touchdown in the second half. However, a failed extra point try doomed the Knights as the Tribe sealed the 7-6 victory on defense.
