Happy Halloween! Rainy conditions keep us gloomy today. As temperatures start to fall this evening, snow will likely mix in with the rain. Wind will start to pick up as well, so it will be wet, breezy and chilly for trick-or-treaters. Clouds start to clear out as we head through Friday but it stay chilly and breezy. More cloud cover moves right back in on Saturday with a chance of rain/snow. It starts to warm up Sunday into Monday with more sunshine.
