Police investigating theft of SUV from auto dealer

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. -- Investigators have released surveillance photos of the theft of an SUV from the Vetter Chevrolet parking lot on M60, according to the St. Joseph County Sheriff's Office.

Early Tuesday morning, 2 suspects entered the parking lot in a late 1990s, early 2000s Dodge Ram pickup truck with a vehicle lift often found on repo trucks. The truck also had a rear brake light out.

The suspects moved a car, then pulled a white Tahoe from its parking spot, secured it on their lift, then left headed west on M60 towards Cass County, deputies said.

The suspects were in the parking lot approximately 18 minutes, deputies said.

The vehicle stolen was a white, four door 2013 Chevy Tahoe 1500 4WD.
