Police investigating robbery at Check into Cash

BENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Benton Township Police are investigating a robbery that happened at the Check Into Cash Thursday afternoon.

Police were called to the Check Into Cash on Mall Drive just before 2 p.m. Thursday following a robbery.

Employees told police 2 men entered the store and demanded money. One employee was sprayed with pepper spray during the robbery.

The suspects ran from the store with an undetermined amount of money.

The Berrien County Sheriff Department K-9 unit assisted with a track but the suspects were not located.
