BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- A driver was killed and his two passengers were injured in a crash that happened Saturday evening on Red Arrow Highway, according to Chikaming Township Police.
Police were called to Red Arrow Highway south of Harbert Road just before 10 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a vehicle on the east side of the roadway that appeared to have rolled several times before striking a tree.
The driver, Travis Lloyd Germain, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two of Germain’s passengers suffered non-life threatening injuries and were transported to the hospital.
Police located the driver of a second vehicle and are determining its involvement in the crash.
Police do not know if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
