Planned I&M power outage scheduled for Lakeville on April 11

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.—Indiana Michigan Power has scheduled a planned power outage for the entire town of Lakeville for Thursday, April 11.

The outage will last from 12:01 a.m. until 6 a.m.

I&M says it has directly contacted affected customers and businesses prior to the outage.

The company is also reminding residents to watch for pedestrians on dark streets and use caution when approaching traffic lights that may be turned into four-way stops.

According to I&M, the outage is necessary to safely perform work at their facilities.
