Mishawaka Police searching for missing 16-year-old boy

Jordan Smith-Moreland, 16, left his home on April 21 and has not since returned, police said.
Smith-Moreland is described as being 5’10” and weighing 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing black and white basketball shoes with a pair of patterned drawstring sweatpants and a black hoodie with “Hollister” written in white on the front and multi-color on the left sleeve.
