Local group holding community forum about race relations in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Leadership Coalition will be hosting a community forum on Wednesday concerning Mayor Pete Buttigieg and race relations in the city.
The event will be held on July 3 from 11 a.m. to noon at the WUBS radio station on Lincolnway West.
The group is inviting the Fraternal Order of Police, elected leaders, candidates for local office, faith leaders and the general public to attend.
In a press release the group says Mayor Buttigieg is not listening to the concerns of the Fraternal Order of Police, the black community, pastors or the community at large in the aftermath of the fatal shooting of Eric Logan.
