Hilltop Restaurant to rebuild after September fire

MIDDLEBURY, Ind.—In a Facebook post on Sunday, Hilltop Restaurant announced its plans to rebuild following a devastating fire in September.
“Hilltop update! Yes. We are planning to rebuild. At this point we’re waiting on state officials in order to determine our next steps. Keep watching for updates!” the Facebook post said.
The restaurant was destroyed by a grease fire that broke out in the kitchen on the evening of September 18, 2018.
There were no injuries during the fire.
