Electric scooters available for rent in Bourbon

BOURBON, Ind. -- Electric scooters are now available for rental in Bourbon on the corner of Main and Center, according to the Bourbon Police Department.  

Bourbon town ordinance prohibits riding bicycles and scooters along town sidewalks.  

It is also advised to walk the scooters away from downtown before beginning to ride.  

The Bourbon Police Department will also be stopping anyone who does not stop their scooters at stop signs.
