Driver injured after garbage truck tips over on Chapin Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—A driver was injured after a garbage truck tipped over on Chapin Street on Friday morning, according to South Bend Police.
The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after the truck tipped over on Chapin Street at W. Sample, police said.
Police did not report that any other vehicles were involved in the incident.
A tow truck removed the garbage truck from the road but during cleanup, northbound Chapin was closed.
