City announces street closures for South Bend's Best. Week. Ever.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A number of streets will be closed throughout South Bend during the city's annual Best. Week. Ever. celebration.  

On Sunday, Wall Street will be closed between Greenlawn Avenue and E. Zoo Drive from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the Rebel Art Fest.

On Tuesday, the Jefferson Boulevard Bridge will be closed between Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Niles Avenue from 1 to 11 p.m. for Sweat the City.

On Wednesday, Western Avenue will be closed from Kaley Street to Dundee Street from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for Best. Wednesday. Ever.

From September 28 to October 3, a number of closures will be in place during the Morris 100 Fest:

• Colfax Avenue will be closed between Woodward Court and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard from 9 a.m. on September 28 to the morning of October 3
• Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard will be closed between Colfax Avenue and E. Lasalle Avenue from 9 a.m. on September 28 to the morning of October 3
• The Colfax Avenue bridge will be closed from noon to 11:30 p.m. on October 1
