Cassopolis Family Clinic Network will host on-site COVID-19 Booster and Flu Shot vaccine

CASSOPOLIS, Mich. -- The Cassopolis Family Clinic Network will host an on-site COVID-19 Booster and Flu Shot Vaccine.

The clinic will take place November 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Vaccinations will be given at both Cassopolis Family Clinic locations (261 M-62, Cassopolis MI) and the Niles Community Health Center (1951 Oak St., Niles MI).

The Moderna booster is the only COVID-19 vaccine offered at this time.

Those who are eligible for a COVID-19 Moderna booster vaccine must be:

• 65 years or older

• Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings

• Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions

• Age 18+ who work or live in high-risk settings.

Those receiving the Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine should bring their issued vaccination card and insurance information with them.

For individual six months and older, the yearly flu shot will also be available.

Participants wishing to get their Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccination and flu shot the same day can do so safely.
