Boating restrictions eased across northern Indiana

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources announced that they will be lifting boating restrictions on lakes in Kosciusko, Noble and LaGrange Counties.

The Barbee chain of lakes in Kosciusko County includes Kuhn, Big Barbee, Little Barbee, Irish, Banning, Sawmill and Sechrist lakes.

The West Lakes chain of Noble County is comprised of Jones, Steinberger, Tamarack and Waldron lakes.

The Indian Lakes chain of LaGrange County includes Dallas, Witmer, Hackenberg, Westler, and Messick lakes.

Another lake in which restrictions will be eased is Knapp Lake in Noble County.
