Arrest made in double fatal accident in Marshall County

An arrest has been made in the double fatal accident that happened in Marshall County early Sunday morning.

Paul Graham and Jostiana Bouskill died at Memorial Hospital the day of the accident.

Graham was driving a Honda on Rose Road when an SUV driven by Monica Sanders rear-ended the vehicle, according to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office.

Sanders and her passenger, Shane Graham, fled the scene, according to deputies.

Sanders has been charged with three counts of leaving the scene of an accident.
