Travel advisories issued for parts of Michiana

ST.JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Michiana is experiencing dangerous driving conditions this weekend.
Travel advisories are issued for St.Joseph, Marshall, Starke and Fulton counties due to lake effect snow and slippery road conditions.
According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, under a travel advisory drivers are urged to use caution due to hazardous road conditions.
La Porte is currently under a travel watch--you're asked to travel only when necessary such as in an emergency or to work.
