First round of heavy rain possible Thursday night.

Muggy and stormy Thursday and Friday. The potential for heavy downpours are possible with scattered thunderstorms the next two days. Highs will be in the mid to lower 80s and overnight lows stay close to 70. The most likely time frame for storms looks to be Thursday evening and Friday afternoon. The weekend looks milder and drier.

Tonight: A chance of storms, low of 68.

Thursday: Scattered storms, highs in the mid-80s.

Friday: Scattered storms, highs in the low 80s.

Saturday: Partly cloudy, highs in the upper 70s.

The most widespread storm threat looks to be Friday afternoon.
