LAPORTE, Ind. - There will be alternative routes to take following the road closure of State Road 2 starting Wednesday, June 7th.
State Road 2 in LaPorte County will be closed between Philadelphia Street and Bosserman Street.
The closure will last for about 7 days while crews work to repair and replace the surface of the rail road crossing.
There will be signs posted along routes to direct you to detours.
