SBCC donation drive for migrant workers

SOUTH BEND, Ind., South Bend Common Council is holding a donation drive to help migrant farmworkers.

On Sunday March 25^th there will be four different donation sites.

The items will help protect workers from pesticide poisoning and extreme sun exposure.

They’re looking for the following items:

• long sleeved shirts
• bandanas
• ball caps
• toothpaste
• toothbrush
• laundry, dish, and body soap
• deodorant
• shampoo
• conditioner
• hand towels
• gas and grocery gift cards

  • 851 Marrieta St

• County-City Building lobby

• SBCSC - 3rd floor
  • 215 S St. Joseph St.
