Officials opening Berrien Springs dam, some evacuations ordered

BERRIEN SPRINGS, Mich. -- Some residents in Berrien Springs are being evacuated because the dam will be opened.
The Shamrock Park campground on Old US 31 is being evacuated.
Berrien Springs Oronoko Township Police are evacuating River Springs Estates, a mobile home community near Shamrock Park.
